Jacqueline Martinez affectionately known as "Jackie" has joined the PRVA Staff at the Outreach Center bringing with her over 10 years of Customer Service and Administrative experience to the table.  A Certified Office Administrator, Jackie is also a loving mother of two beautiful daughters.

As a graduate of the Salter School for Women and also the Massachusetts Career Development Institute (MCDI) Jackie is a Springfield Native born and raised here in the BayState. 

Jackie's basic responsibilities at the Outreach Center are the welcoming and greeting of all Clients with appointments, to greet and advise walk-in clients of our services and schedule an appointment for them with the appropriate Case Manager, she handles all inbound calls, client intakes scheduling appointments for the Case Managers along with other administrative duties in and around the office.
